DREAMS: Voice
of the Unconscious Deborah De Nicola June 6, 2008, 10:00am -
3:00pm
Using the contemplative method of Robert Bosnak for
understanding dreams, Deborah DeNicola, author and dream analysist, will
explore with us how dreams are the voice of the unconscious and often the voice
of God. She will lead us in Bosnak's contemplative and intuitive based
methodology. Bring a dream you would like to converse more deeply as a word
from God, as we engage in "A Little Course in Dreams." (R. Bosnak) Call

HEART A Professional Day for all Pastoral Ministers Bob
Howlette December 12, 2008
A deepening awareness and nurturing of our deepest desires
are keys to the inner journey. As we reflect on the source of these desires, we
will consider how to be with them in our more contemplative moments. Our holy
longing, which Ronald Rolheiser writes about, connects us with all others on
the journey. Particular focus is given to help participants not only gain
deeper personal insight, but also to explore desires as revealed in the hearts
of those they companion. We look at how a truly authentic inner journey leads
to transformation of perception and a more faithful living of the gospel
message.
Bob Howlette, our presenter, is a certified pastoral counselor
and spiritual director. His experience in the field of spirituality includes
leading retreat, presenting workshops, and spiritual direction.

WRITING A Lenten Meditation In Paint Teresa Harrison March 30
- April 4, 2009
Painting an icon is a powerful
experience of the Creative Spirit of God. In the midst of a deeply
contemplative space and time, we see a face gradually emerge on the canvas,
glowing with an internal light. It comes with an invitation to let go and trust
the Spirit. This workshop includes prayer, daily Eucharist, sharing and studio
time. It is for both beginners and the experienced. Teresa Harrison, a
lifelong Episcopalian studied with master iconographers and has been leading
workshops throughout the United States.
