A HEALING SOUND CIRCLE - Sunday, March 7th, 2010, 7:00-8:30pm
Join in as we open our voices and hearts in a circle of sound! Explore the power of voice for healing through toning. Awaken fuller resonances in your voice and a fuller spectrum of your energy field.
We will tone twice with crystal singing bowls, first to clear and release anything we no longer need, and later for healing and upliftment. The evening will also include a sound exercise, guided meditation, and chant.
Some benefits of toning are stress relief, release of physical and emotional pain, increased confidence, balancing hemispheres of the brain and mind/body connection, combats depression, and improved listening and intuition.
Suggested Donation: $10
